I have a nephew who is adopted and it would break my heart if anyone said he's not my sister in law's "own" child. He is hers. I completely agree...I'm so glad you wrote this. I completely agree with you! If God's plan is for you to adopt, then you will love those children just as that, your children. How unfortunate to think that way after you've adopted two wonderful children. I cannot imagine how difficult it is not being able to have your own children, but also cannot imagine saying something like that after adopting 2 children.
