The planning it takes to live healthier can be overwhelming! But I'm with you--it's worth the effort. I eat so, so much better when I meal plan. I don't understand how I managed to grocery shop before I started meal planning... I guess I made lists, but it wasn't because I was planning in terms of nutrition or health.
