Social Shopping Networks

Do any of you use any social shopping networks?
Anyone willing to help me market my Etsy store?
I get an Etsy success newsletter about once a week, and this week it talked about social shopping networks... I not being a shopping queen, have never heard of such a thing!

Do any of you use...
The suggestion for this week is to pick one of these sites and ask your friends to promote you on their social shopping network.... so seriously folks, anyone use any of these? Because Mama really needs some sales for the holiday season - otherwise the Etsy store might not survive into 2010.
