- The births of James & Tyler!!
- Living through the NICU experience, and watching Tyler thrive both in the NICU and since he's been home. The kid eats as much as James who is 6 months ahead of him!
- In spite of starting the year off with a major health scare... John is healthy and happy at the close of this year... so that is something to celebrate! Gallbladder & stone free!
- I no longer work for a crazy person who made it her purpose in life to make me miserable... no more warty toads!
- My Dad & his family moved back to Texas after being away for 12 years... it's been lovely having the ability to see them whenever we want.
- I bought and read all of Emily Giffin's books this year... and LOVED them! One is coming out as a movie in the summer of 2011... which will be very cool to see.
- In 2010, I learned that prayer truly does work... and even sometimes TOO well... HAHAHA!
- It might seem odd, but I have to put the failed adoption placement here because it certainly was an experience that shaped our future... and even though it seemed like it was something we wouldn't overcome at the time - I can't imagine life any different than it is today.
- The friends and family that have truly supported me and given me strength to go forward when I didn't think I could anymore.
- Experiencing life in a whole new way for much of the year... I've grown and changed more than I ever thought possible... and can't imagine life my life being any different.
What do I want for 2011 you might ask?? Well, just a few things...
- To continue to watch my boys grow and explore the world around them
- To start a new at home business - which I'll be launching and announcing next week!
- To go where ever our path and John's career take us...
- To sleep a little more than I have in 2010
- To eat a little better, and find the time to try out some new recipes since I enjoy that so much
- To try to get in a little more exercise - at least more than chasing after these boys once they start being mobile!
A great list! I love Emily Giffin books too. Which one is being made into a movie?
