After church today - we did our weekly shopping - and can I just say... Wal-Mart is a terrible place to go on Sundays during the school year! John got himself a grill today on sale - he found a great deal for the Labor Day weekend. Once we both got home - we spent a good part of the day putting the patio furniture together and the grill. We got it all out on the patio, and enjoyed it for a little while. John played fetch with the girls. We all enjoyed our new yard.
Not much was done in terms of unloading more of our crazy boxes, but that will come in time. Our plan for tomorrow is to get everything distributed to the correct room. Hopefully that will clean out the breakfast room, and allow us to set that room up for use. In our old place - we would eat our dinner in front of the coffee table in the living room because of the poor location of the breakfast room. Now we're going to be able to eat at the table instead, and it will make serving dinner and clean up much easier. I'm really looking forward to that.
We haven't gotten around to thinking about painting the rooms that we want to yet, but that will come in time... It's really going to look nice.
