Nothing Much

Today was a pretty quiet day for me... I started my day with riding the bike again (2nd day in a row) for 30 minutes. This is a big deal for me because I've never done anything like that before... I do have to admit that I wanted to quit after 10 minutes, but I didn't...

I found a couple of pictures from before my surgery that I think are pretty funny... they are of my Mom and I taking my measurements the night before I went to the hospital. As you will be able to see we had a good time and laughed a lot.

Who knew it would be so funny to take measurements?

I'm questioning the tape being in the right place here...

One of the three of us must have just told a joke... or said something silly.

Thanks to John for capturing a good moment before surgery for us... as you can see - I wasn't nervous or anything prior to going into the hospital... I was very ready for what was going to happen, and I can only thank God for that! Well, I can give a few props to all my friends for sending their love and prayers throughout that day as well as all the people on the support groups that helped prepare me for everything that would happen over those few days after surgery.
