We got home from church, had lunch - and then started watching some shows we recorded over the course of the week... but I promptly fell asleep during the second show (within 1 hour) and slept for about 4-5 hours... I woke up at about 5:30 or 6... I guess I really needed the sleep. It did come at a good time - I was having one of my dizzy spells but I fell asleep before I was able to take one of my pills for it. I do feel MUCH better though - so we'll see tomorrow how things are going with the dizziness. Maybe I'll hear from my doctor again with my test results and there might be a whole new culprit of the problem.
I emailed my workout accountability parter (Jenn) with my plan for the week - we're planning on emailing on Wednesdays for updates on how we're doing, and Sundays to set goals for the next week... so I emailed her my plan for this week which is to work out at least 4-5 times. I might switch it up a little since I have additional time for working out now, but I got 3 workout videos (Pilates and both of the Biggest Loser workouts) for Christmas... so now is the time to check them out and see if I can hang in there with them.
