More of the Best Foods

I'm dying to read some more from the list... so you'll just have to endure with me. Lets get through the dairy section and the drinks... (Am I driving ya'll crazy yet?) Seriously - this is just as much for my benefit so I can know exactly where to go back and find this information!

BEST SLICED CHEESE
Sargento Deli Style Swiss
This nutty, full-flavor cheese makes any sandwich taste better.
Per slice: 70 calories, 5 g protein, 0 g carbs, 5 g fat

BEST COTTAGE CHEESE
Friendship Cottage Cheese
Packed with protein, with half the carbs of other brands. Perfect as a pre-bed snack.

BEST CREAM CHEESE
Kraft Philadelphia Light
Make flavored spreads by adding fresh blueberries, or chopped olives and sun-dried tomatoes, to softened cream cheese.

BEST ALL-PURPOSE CHEESE

  1. As for beers with comparable (or better) numbers than Guinness, you might try taking a look through "Does My BUTT Look BIG In This BEER? Nutritional Values Of 2,000 Worldwide Beers." It contains serving size, calories, carbohydrates, alcohol by volume (abv) and Weight Watchers POINTS.

    It's on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

  2. I have been doing Breakstone's fat free sour cream for years now and love it. I think it has excellent flavor and though it doesn't taste like the real thing, it is yummy good.
