The one thing that says authentic Rodeo Trail Ride to me is the new pickup truck with the port-a-potty trailer on the back!! Oh man - I laughed out loud at that one!!
The second thing is the additional truck with the "roach coach" on it for food... aren't these people supposed to be experiencing what life was like back then?! Wouldn't cooking over a campfire add to that experience? Maybe they are only using it to keep the food cold?
